One Of The
Best Ways To Generate A Flow Of Life Insurance Sales Leads!
Dear ~Contact.FirstName~,
One of the quickest, most
effective and inexpensive ways for you to generate a
consistent flow of high quality life insurance sales leads is to offer a Free
Educational Workshop every month.
If I were to start over in a
new area, with no connections, no clients, no friends, no family
and no acquaintances offering a Free
Educational Workshop every month is what I would do to get off to the
quickest start possible.
I would find a hungry and
caring independent
Tax Preparer, P&C Agency, Mortgage Broker,
Attorney, CPA, Doctor or some other professional and form
a 'Joint Venture' with them. I would get them to invite their best
clients to my free educational workshop.
Obviously, if I were not in a new area I would invite everyone I
know, plus my neighbors to my free educational workshop. And, I would tell them the price of
admission is to bring a friend.
Each of our
specialized
marketing and sales systems explains this concept in
great detail, with all the tools... invitations, ads, PowerPoint
presentations, etc.!
Plus, each of our
specialized
marketing and sales systems comes with 3 months of personal
One-on-One coaching to guide you through the entire process!
Yours in success,
Jeremy Nason

"After doing my first
workshop
at the end of September, and after getting back in touch with my
current clients (through your newsletters)
I have submitted over $30,000 of life business…. IN JUST ONE
MONTH! Although the additional income is nice, without a
doubt, the best part of your whole system is the simplicity in
helping clients. I finally feel that I am offering clients more
than just retirement planning. I know that my clients will be
better off after meeting with me than they were before. Your
system is so easy to understand, to explain to clients, and to
implement, that it’s almost ridiculous. I am so glad I found you
when I did, so early in my career. I look forward to many years
of working with the two of you! Thanks Again!"

How To Increase Your
Life Insurance Sales!
To Avoid The Summer Slump!
Let’s face it, we've been
looking forward to the summer. Now that it is here and the
weather is nice we all tend to get lazy. However, that's a big
mistake. Summer doesn't have to be a slow time for your
business. You can actually increase your life insurance and
avoid the summer slump.
Here are four things you
can do this summer to immediately reenergize your life insurance sales and
guarantee a strong close for the year!
1.
Fine Tune Your Marketing Message.
You know your products and services better than anyone else, but
most advisors have a hard time conveying the right information
to clients. Instead of focusing on your product or service
features, take this time to make sure your website, brochures
and other marketing materials highlight the benefits your
clients will receive.
Remember, people buy
things for two reasons:
Make sure your marketing
message addresses one or both of these wants.
2.
Reevaluate Your Lead-Generation
Strategies.
Once you've got your message down, get the word out. You should
always have five lead-generating strategies in place. If you're betting
your future on one or maybe two strategies, you're doomed. Use the
summer to research and implement new lead-generating
opportunities, such as networking at events, forming partnerships, engaging on social media, and asking for
referrals from existing clients.

3. Connect With Existing Customers.
People who have already bought from you are the key to your
continued viability and growth. Take the time to review your
clients’ situation. Then call, visit or email them to
schedule an annual review. You can also drop them a note, or
send them a card to tell them you appreciate their business.
Your customers aren't going to remember you if you don’t stay in
front of them.
And, remember the
average person buys insurance about 7 times during their
lifetime.
-
when they first get
married,
-
they start out with a
simple family plan,
-
then a mortgage
insurance policy,
-
then a policy on each
child,
-
then more insurance
because of the new family additions,
-
then more insurance to
cover their ever increasing life style,
-
then there is college
planning,
-
and retirement
planning,
And so on...
4.
Refresh Your Training.
Do you have a clear strategy on how you should engage with your
customers? If not, then it is time to update your training. Use the
summer down time to learn how to build strong and lasting
customer relationships!
Your goal is to learn how
to identify and answer the prospects' problems. Then show them
how your product or service will help them avoid that pain, or
gain the pleasure they seek.
People buy products or
services based on emotional needs or wants,
and then justify their purchase logically.

5 Ways
To Increase Sales Locally!
The secrets to increasing
your sales are hiding in your own backyard.
As you start your
insurance sales career, it comes along with one big question.
“How do I find enough prospects?”
Almost every IMO or
Insurance Company wants you to come up with a list of all the
people you know. Then they want you to call all of those people
to try to set an appointment by telling them you want to…
“Show them what you do;” “Give them a second opinion;”
or “Show them a great new idea,” etc.!
While, I do agree that you
want to let your family, friends and neighbors know what you do. This
‘old fashioned’ and ‘Outdated’
approach your IMO or Company wants you to use rarely gets you an
appointment (Let alone a sale) with the majority of the people
you call.
Accordingly, most agents
eventually run out of the people they know and end up spending
big money every month on leads, direct mail, and/or running ads in the
newspaper. Or, they end up spending hour upon hours cold calling.
Instead of asking; “How
do I find enough prospects?” You should be asking;
“How do I continually get my name out there?” “How do I create
some instant name recognition and community support that will
strengthen my position and ultimately increase my sales?"
The answer is right in
your backyard.
Here are five ways
you can get your name out there as quickly as possible, to
increase your sales locally.
1. Check out your local Chamber of Commerce
Almost every community around the world has a local Chamber of
Commerce that is committed to business growth, networking, and
strategically strengthening the local economy. Your local
Chamber of Commerce is a great place to start connecting with
other business owners in your area. As a member you will benefit
from networking, referrals, business development, advertising
opportunities and much more.
Becoming a member provides
you with an opportunity to learn from some of the very best in
business. Plus, it gives you the “in” to any number of events
and networking initiatives.
Joining your local chamber
(or another local association) in your area is one of the
greatest ways for you to increase your sales, since it will
immensely help your exposure in your community.
2. Research local small business or professionals groups
Locally, there are many ways for you to increase sales.
These include opportunities to connect with online and in-person
networking groups that focus on small business support.
These groups are generally
more social in nature and provide a more relaxed environment
where you can speak honestly about the trials and tribulations
as a small business owner, learn from the successes and failures
of others, and seek help in times of trouble.
This is where the
opportunity exists to create a core group of trusted individuals
who work together with everyone’s best interests in mind. As
those relationships continue to develop, the power of word of
mouth can grow exponentially. They are your cheerleaders. They
are the long-term advocates that will work with you as your
business grows.
To find networking groups
in your area, do a search online or visit Meetup.com..

3. Use your resources and attend local seminars and conferences
Research available seminars and conferences in your community or
nearby. Oftentimes, established community leaders, like
universities or colleges, will host leadership series that
welcome speakers on a monthly or quarterly basis to share their skills
and experiences.
Local conferences are a
great way to showcase your business and also provide educational
and networking resources that can pay big dividends in the
future.
4. Volunteer locally
Giving back to your community by sponsoring some local volunteer
efforts or event is a fantastic way to get your name out as a committed
partner who values the people you serve.
Everyone wins with
volunteer sponsorship. You are helping to meet a need, which can
give you a great boost of motivation as you struggle through the
mine fields of insurance sales.
In addition, you are
getting your name out there as a person that cares. And the
people you help will attach immediate respect and loyalty to
your name.
5. Find friends in your target market
As you define your ideal client and target market, consider
where those clients are active. Then come up with creative ways
to develop friendly relationships with your hopeful future
customers.
For example, if your
target market is established male professionals, perhaps you can
take part in local golf tournaments to make connections. Or, if
your target market is families, you might want to sow some seeds
at your children’s bus stop or connect with local day care
centers.
This is NOT about
active “selling!” This about building relationships
to grow a group of cheerleaders that keep your name in their
mind, so that one day they will either come to you on their own,
or go “Hey, I know someone who can help you with that.”
when talking to their peers.
When you take care to grow
new connections into quality relationships grounded in trust,
your business opportunities are now limitless and the sales will
come, with much less effort on your part.
Remember: You should always have five lead-generating
strategies in place. If you're betting your future on one or
maybe two strategies, you're doomed.

The
People In YOUR Community Need YOUR Help!
Since the current economic
recovery began in July 2009, the economy has grown for six and
one half years at an annual compound rate of 2.1%. This is the
slowest economic recovery since the WWII.
Over the six and a half
years since the recession ended in the second quarter of 2009,
“real GDP has grown by a total of 14.5 percent, or at an
annual rate of 2.1 percent,” according to Jeffrey
Schlagenhauf, a former senior adviser to the Congressional Joint
Economic Committee. “Other post-1960 recoveries averaged
total growth of 28.4 percent (annual rate of 3.9 percent) over
the comparable 26 quarters. The Reagan recovery of the 1980s saw
real GDP grow a total of 35.0 percent or at an annual rate of
4.7 percent.”
However, by almost
every economic measure, America is flat to falling.
The good news is that from
January, 2009, until last month, unemployment has fallen from
7.8 percent to 4.9 - down 37.2 percent.
However, the labor-force
participation rate over that period has slid from 65.7 percent
to 62.9 (the lowest reading since March 1978) - down 4.3
percent.
The percentage of
Americans below the poverty line has grown, according to the
most recent Census data, from 14.3 to 14.8 in 2014 - up 3.5
percent.
Real median household
income across that interval sank from $54,925 to $53,657 - down
2.3 percent.
Food Stamp participants
soared in that time frame from 32,889,000 to 45,874,000 up 39.5
percent.
Meanwhile, from July, 2009
through the fourth quarter of 2015, the percentage of Americans
who own homes sagged from 67.3 percent to 63.8 - down 5.2
percent.

Lackluster Economy Still Lacks Luster, by Deroy Murdock, March

Important Note: Contrary to popular belief, consumers
do not come to a standstill during tough times. They just make
purchasing decisions differently. Some purchasers are more
diligent with research while others may start
comparison-shopping when they hadn’t done so in the past.
Ultimately, consumers will buy items appropriate to their needs
if they deem that they truly need the service or product. This
is the audience that needs to be marketed to at this time.
Taking advantage of the opportunities that still exist is
important when considering how to weather the economic climate
facing all of us.
So, what are you going to do to find the people in your
community who need your help?
