A few years ago, our friend Wally Cato wrote an article about Napoleon Hill’s success plan for insurance agents… What You Can Do For A Better 2011! Here is just a small part of that article, to help you to put together your insurance agent success plan for 2020. So you can get off to a fast start and you can make 2020 your best year ever. But, you can’t keep just putting it off! If you did not have the insurance agent success you wanted in 2019, then I guess that you did not have a written plan for success that you followed.

During his lifetime, one of America’s most famous motivational writers, Napoleon Hill developed many excellent rules (and steps) for obtaining success. Hill made his place in history, by creating rules. He even ghostwrote one rule for President Franklin D. Roosevelt: “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” This ghost-written rule became President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s best-known saying. One of Napoleon Hill’s rules was… “Always deliver more than you promise.” However, his best-known rule is… “What the mind of man conceives, and he believes, he can achieve.” While editing the classic book ‘How To Sell Your Way Through Life’ by Napoleon Hill, I realized that the essence of his wisdom was embodied in the rules this book contained.

Insurance Agent Success Plan… Step 1 – “Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire. It is not sufficient merely to say ‘I want plenty of money.’ Be definite as to the amount.”
Insurance Agent Success Plan… Step 2 – “Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire. Because there is no such thing as something for nothing.”
Insurance Agent Success Plan… Step 3 –“Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money you desire.”
