Their positive attitude is what allows them to overcome all of their obstacles. They will keep on trying until they succeed. Because they know in their heart that they will win. That is what puts them in the top 10% of all insurance producers.

The other 90% of insurance producers tend to think of all the negatives that can happen. So they expect things will be difficult. They are easily discouraged when things do not go their way.
