5/13/2019… Why do agents struggle with insurance sales and their careers? Is it because they do not know what it takes for them to be a real success in insurance sales? Or is it because they do not know or understand what true success is?
Maybe it is because they listen to the people who want them to believe… that there are easier ways to be a success in insurance sales? Or, is it because most people today want a quick fix? They just want an easy, foolproof way to get what they want!
Or, is the reason they struggle with their insurance sales careers… because they believe the price they must pay for success in insurance sales is too high?

First of all, this means that you have to decide what you want! Then you must visualize what the desired result is going to be. What is the success that you are after? Imagine what your life would look like… If you already achieved what you wanted to achieve! Picture this in your mind’s eye! Then listen to the sounds. How does it feel?
And, then you will want to do all of this often. So you strengthen your vision!
Second, it means you have to decide to take action. You can visualize all you want! And list all of your goals. But unless you decide to take action, nothing will happen. You must decide you will do it or you will continue to struggle with insurance sales!

You have set your goals. You have decided to take action. Now, start planning. Your goal is the destination. Intelligent direction is about how to get there. While many roads lead to Rome, many of those roads are unwise to take.
Find a few people that have already accomplished what you’re after. How did they get from where they were, to where they are today? What mistakes did they make? What setbacks did they have? Analyze them and prevent them from happening to you.
Also, look at what they did. What made the difference? What brought them closer to their goals? Learn from their successes and failures. You’re not the first to go after this. Why make the same mistakes others have already made for you? Search for this knowledge and use it wisely.

While you study how the top producers achieved their goals. You will also want to find out how they did it. What did they do, think, feel, see, believe, and so on? Not everything you do needs to be in the direction of your goal. There is also a lot of supporting actions that set the right perimeters and the right conditions for your ability to achieve your goal. But, whatever it is you need to do… Do it the best way you can! It is how you will stop your struggle with insurance sales!
