I thank the Lord that 2020 is coming to an end. 2021 has to be a lot better. But it will only be better if and when you decide to make it better! And that will depend on the insurance sales goals you set for yourself! And then how hard you work to reach those insurance sales goals.

What You Can And Should Do To Set And Reach Your Insurance Sales Goals In 2021!

Today, as I do every day, I have read some articles to find the best ways for us to help agents and advisors. It is how we grow our business. The more we focus on how to really help you, the more we will help ourselves grow. That is our mindset and how we will set and reach our sales goals for 2021!

One of the articles that I read today said… “Your earnings will always be in line with your mindset. Think big and you will get bigger results!” It is so true. And as Norman Vincent Peale said…

“Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars!” 

But, thinking big does not mean that you need to make big changes. As Steve Jobs says…

“Start small, think big. Don’t worry about too many things at once. Take a handful of simple things to begin with, and then progress to more complex ones. Think about not just tomorrow, but the future. Put a ding in the universe!” 

However, you do have to take some risks, if you want to reach the insurance sales goals that you set for yourself. As Mark Zuckerberg says…

“The biggest risk is not taking any risk! In a world that’s changing really quickly, the only strategy that is guaranteed to fail is not taking risks!” 

So my question to you is… Have you set any insurance sales goals for 2021? There are no limits to what you can do when you set insurance sales goals and then you put your mind to them! Per Mary Kay Ash…

“Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve!”

He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say… Here lived a great street sweeper who did his job well!”

Remember you do not need to make big changes. And you do not need to take big risks. But if you want to make 2021 better than 2020, then you need to set some insurance sales goals. So, I encourage you to think big. One of the first and easiest changes you can make is to ask more questions when you talk to your clients. And there is very little risk to you asking more questions. Because people do like to talk about themselves and what they want. But, only if they have someone who will listen to them!

When you ask your clients more questions and really listen to them, you are showing that you care about them. When you ask the right questions you will show them that you want to help them. Then they will tell you exactly what they need and want. Now you can use that information to help them to reach their goals.

The result is by asking the right questions you will set more appointments… so you will close a lot more sales! Which will help you to reach your insurance sales goals!
