#1 is kind of self-explanatory. There is a serious lack of insurance sales training, insurance marketing training, and insurance sales training for agents and advisors. The only insurance agent sales training provided today by our FMOs, IMOs, Carriers, etc. is on the products. Now, some product knowledge is needed, but for the most part, it is overkill! But that is a whole other story.
#2 is my mission. See, when I was in the field as a solo agent, I could only help so many people. The way I work, with families I can help about 60 to 80 middle-income families a year. So, over a 30-year career, I could really help only 2,000 families, businesses, etc… But, if I train agents to do what I do to help Middle-Income Families. I can extend my reach.
However, if I provide 10,000 agents the insurance sales training to do what I do, they each help 60 to 80 Middle-Income Families a year. That means we have helped 600K to 800K families a year. So, over a 30-year career now we can serve 21 Million families. That will make a huge impact! That could change our county and help keep America great!
