  • Newsletters, special reports, or other information that provide useful content, with a subtle sales message. Consider putting together a brief newsletter that provides valuable information they can use. Not just about you, your great company, and your products. For example, include tips that can help them in their jobs, college education funding, debt elimination, and tax-saving ideas. Of course, the tips could include the use of your product or service.   • Special items for very select prospects and clients. I’ve sent books to prospects and clients on topics unrelated to what I sell. But that I knew they were interested in. Find out what your prospects and clients’ passions are. Believe me that transcends business.
