Or they are afraid that the client will refuse to answer them. However, in sales, if you do not ask insurance clients the right sales questions… Then how can you find out what is important to them? What do they need! And then the most important questions are what do they want?

You need to get that stamped permanently in your brain so you will be able to close a lot more and much larger insurance sales.
